Dairyless cheese has serious addiction potential

It seems a dangerous cocktail of heroin and Tylenol, known as "Cheese" is causing quite the disturbance in Dallas County. According to Zach Thompson, Executive Director of the Dallas County Health and Human Services:
"I think we're talking about thousands of kids at this point. It's not only in northwest Dallas, but it's moved to the suburban communities."

And what does one do about a Cheese edpidemic? Thompson again:
"We have to open up new treatment facilities. It may be Cheese today or something else tomorrow, but since we are dealing with this highly addictive drug, we need to get individuals in."

Despite the somber tone and disheartening nature of this article, more than anything else, I'm left wondering: Why do they call it Cheese?
