So the Jaguar ate some B. caapi leaves and is 'tripping'?! That doesn't make much sense. If you make enough footage of a jaguar eating leaves while basking in the sun, sure you can edit the shots to make it look like it's tripping. Cats are well known for chilling out on their back. Just go through the 'LOL cat' archives for examples.

Yes, Steve's blog is one of the better (if not the best) on the broad topic of "shamanism." He maintains a healthy intellectual integrity and honest skepticism that is all to rare amongst those interested in these topics.

I remember that foggy vision of colors compounding one another but it wasnt on DMT...LSD, its like have water constantly being poured over your iris jus when you think the image is going to clear up, it melts away
