you guys are dumber then the people reporting this. kush is really expensive, and can get up to that much an ounce, although usually its around 400 an oz. not alotta peopl know that and tend to get their panties in a bunch so keep smoking your nasty garbage weed thats cheep and nasty while we toke on the finest grade of erbal healing. Ridiculous. Nobody would pay that much for pot - I don't care if the baggie sucks my dick, it's simply not worth that much. Smoking pot gets you high - just like it always has. Its not a mystical 'super-drug' form of pot - it is just pot. Not cocaine, by any stretch of the imagination. I can't believe people VOTED for that mayor - it costs as much, therefore it should be treated the same as cocaine? By that logic, buying a $700 television set should be punishable by 25 years in prison. So stupid.

I hate the line `Not your dad`s marijuana.` It`s supposed to make parents who smoked pot once or still do feel better about telling their kids not to smoke pot, the most hypocritical of all.
Not everyone is as hypocritical as the folks who are willing to work towards bullshitting everyone in the country however, maybe they would even be a litter better at it if they could appreciate that. What I mean is by leaving their hypocrisy where I can see it they`ve proven they don`t think anything is wrong with it (or that it even is what it is.)

This "news" story would never make it on the air in California. Mark "Zombie" Kirk (check out his eyes folks) would be laughed out of office, or banished to San Diego. Imagine going to a medical pot dispensary in Los Angeles, grabbing hold of an extra large baggie of OG Kush and anouncing to everyone that you are holding ten grand in your hand. The fish in the tank would stop swimming long enough to get a gander of the fool in the room, then continue ignoring the humans.
Also, the newscaster/propagandist in the "news story" should be held accountable for her perky little hysteria act when drug war crimes trials are held in den Haag.

They are saying that cannabis has same carcinogens that alter DNA as Tobacco and BASED on that, cannabis alters our DNA. COMEON BULLSHIT! tobacco is grown with radioactive fertilizers, thats why it causes cancer.

It is actually possible to sell superb weed for 700usd an ounce in Norway, but i never expected it beeing so expensive in the US.
Still the irony of it is that quality weed is actually less harmfull compared to weed with less quality, as you would need to inhale less of the weed to get high, therby inhaling less caricinogens.

If they ran a story saying pot was as bad a crack they would lose all credibility, but if they call it 'kush' they can get away with it. Oh, and stupid white suburban boys are the ones who pay $700 an ounce, spending $80 per eighth. Suckas!

Kush is a nice indica strain, but the original landrace kush strains only clock in about 10% THC, if you're lucky. Some of the hybrid strains based on kush, AK 47, Master Kush, and so on, range from about 12 to 20% THC. That is, they are comparable to MOST strains considered medicinal (and kush strains are excellent for pain control, too). AND, as with most police estimates, the prices are highly inflated. $700 for an oz? On what planet? Only a zombi newscaster would believe such crap.

I am afraid this will serve as one of the anti-pot brigade's most popular reasons given to be hard on part, just as the 'skunk' epidemic propaganda was used against weed by the tabloid media in the UK.
